Summer Program

School Year Registration

Early registration is accepted according to the following schedule:

• Current MPCS students and their siblings may register within 2 weeks of the Open House
• New, Wait-list students, Trinity Church members, Alumni may register starting the third week through March 15

Registration Instructions:

• Attend MPCS Open House event or schedule an admission tour
  • To schedule a tour, please call (323) 890-4545
• Turn in completed registration packet
  • Secure signatures on all forms in the appropriate sections as needed
  • Physician’s Report must be turned in within 3 weeks of child’s enrollment into MPCS
  • Up-to-date Immunization Record. 
• Pay Registration Fees (non-refundable)
  • By cash or check made out to MPCS
  • Current parents also have the option to pay registration fees by Tuition Express

Registration Packet:

• For children who have registered at MPCS previously:
  • Please fill out the “cover sheet” if you want to pay the non-refundable registration fee by Tuition Express, or give us a check for the amount
  • Turn in the “MPCS Student Application/Agreement”
  • Turn in the “Fun in the Sun” registration form, if you plan to come to the summer program
  • You may turn in your registration on Open House day
• For children who have never registered at MPCS before:
  • Please fill out all forms EXCEPT for the cover sheet
  • Please fill out the for the “Fun in the Sun” registration form, if you would like to start in June
  • You may turn in your registration starting 2 weeks after Open House
